Andrew Wade's Obituary
WADE - Mr. Andrew Wade, 70, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2018 in a local hospital. A native of Monticello, FL, having resided in Jacksonville most of his life, he attended the local public schools of Duval County, graduating from New Stanton Senior High School – Class of 1966. Furthering his education, Mr. Wade attended FSCJ where he received an AA degree in Business. He was employed with Maxwell House as a Processor, where he retired after rendering over 40 years of dedicated service. Other affiliations include being a member of Historic Mt. Zion AME Church, the Royal Diplomats, Inc. and Maxwell House Retirees Assoc. Mr. Wade was predeceased by his mother, Rachel Wade. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Patricia Mathis Wade; children, Roderick Wade (Kyra), Mrs. Angela Wade Moore (Allen) and Ms. Antoinette Wade (Jermaine); 5 grandchildren; aunts, Mrs. Catherine Woodson and Ms. Thelma Canty; uncle, Raymond Wade (Mary); sister -in-law, Mrs. Janice Mathis Townsend (William); a number of other cousins, other relatives and friends.
