Mrs. Antoinette Dunn Williams, affectionately known as "Toni," was born in New York, NY on April 30, 1948 to the late Harold and Martha Singleton Dunn. She attended the local public schools of Duval County, graduating from New Stanton Senior High School – Class of 1966.

Toni was a member of Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church before relocating to Baltimore, Maryland where she married Lewis Williams Jr. From that union they had two wonderful sons, Tyrus and Lewis Williams III, whom she adored.

Toni worked in the Healthcare profession in Atlanta, Georgia. After she retired, she moved to Perry, Georgia where she became actively involved with her Bible Study group.

On April 14, 2019 Toni went home to be with the Lord.  She leaves to cherish her memory two devoted sons, Tyrus L. Williams (Nicole) and Lewis Williams III; two sisters, Linda D. Schell and Ingrid A. Burch; brother, Tyrus C. Burch; grandchildren, Ywata Reynolds and Lewis Williams IV; nieces, April S. Black (Jason), Ericka S. Richardson (Rupert), Tiffany Burch, Tameka Burch, and Joy Myers; cousins, Anethette Singleton Durham and Tonya Austin; a number of cousins, other relatives and devoted friends.
