Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Doris A. Bailey; children, Kenneth Bailey (Gloria),  Lawrence Bailey, Ms. Joyce Bailey King, Mrs. Beverly Irving (Wallace) and Craig Stevens; 11 grandchildren; 7 great grandchildren; aunt, Mrs. Mildred Smith; mother-in-law, Mrs. Catherine Lawton; sisters-in-law, Ms. Deloris Rhodes, Ms. Mary Sutton, Ms. Donna Frazier (Herbert); longtime friend, Deacon Noah Newman; a number of other relatives and friends.
