Ms. Xie passed away December 29, 2021. A native of Brooklyn, New York, she attended the local schools of Queens, New York, prior to moving to East Brunswick, New Jersey where she graduated from East Brunswick High School. Upon graduation, she enlisted in the United States Army, where she served her country until being Honorably Discharged. Furthering her education, she attended Heritage Bible College, Dunn, North Carolina. She relocated to Jacksonville in 1990, where she has served in Ministry as an Ordained Minister for several years. She was predeceased by her parents, James Rini, Sr., Mrs. Josephine Trupiano Develin; stepfather, George Develin and her brother, James Rini III. Survivors include her children, Darsel L. Griffin, Chadon W. James and Evrett C. James Bey (Veronica); grandchildren, Tiana J. Varela (Joseph), Shon L. Griffin, Jr., Kiara Theresa Louise James, Jadon C. James, Juan D. James, Evrett P. James-Bey, Vanae P. James-Bey and Amaru S. James-Bey; great grandchildren, Oliver T. Nichols, Lyanna A. Nichols, Milo D. Griffin and Rosalie M. Varela; sister, Dianna M. Molczan (Robert); aunts, Jeanette Talavera (Jose) and Dianna Lupo; a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including those dedicated to taking care of her, Nieishia Brown, Karen Owens, Winifred Goodman, Emmanuelle Hall and Robert "Bob" Wallace.
