Mrs. Emma Stewart Simmons passed away October 25, 2020. A native of Jacksonville, she attended the local public schools of Duval County, graduating from Stanton Senior High School – Class of 1947.  Survivors include husband, Isaac D. Simmons; children, Alexander Butler (Bernadette), Joyce Rowe and Matthew Rollins; brothers, Eddie Stewart and Milton Stewart (Jeanne) of North Carolina; 6 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; a number of other relatives and friends.
