Freddie transitioned from this earthly life to eternal rest on Monday, December 15, 2025, 7:20am Community Hospice Center at UF Health, Jacksonville, Fl

Freddie was preceded in death by his father, Jerry Burns, Maternal Grandmother, Rosa Lee Jackson, Paternal Grandmother, Evelena  Burns, Paternal Grandfather, Henry Burns, Sr; Maternal Great grandmother, Annie McCaskill-Sinclair, Maternal Great grandfather, Charlie McCaskill.
