Mr. Gary Bernard McCray, Sr., age 64, passed away on May 20, 2020.  A native of Jacksonville, he attended the local public schools, graduating from Jean Ribault Senior High School – Class of 1973.  Mr. McCray was employed as a Longshoreman, having rendered over twenty years of dedicated service.  Other affiliations include being a member of the International Longshoremen's Association – Local #1408.  He was predeceased by his parents, James Leroy McCray, Sr. and Mrs. Audrey Marie McCray and brother, James Leroy McCray, Jr.  Survivors include his children, Ms. Voncretia McCray, Gary Bernard McCray, Jr., James Christopher Brandon McCray (Yvonne) and Nigel Bernard McCray; 8 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; siblings, Ms. Carol McCray Lewis and Ms. Sheila V. McCray; uncle, Charles O'Neal; a number of other relatives and friends.
