Ida Holcomb's Obituary
HOLCOMB - Mrs. Ida Bess Holcomb passed away peacefully on May 22, 2018 surrounded by her family.
She was employed with the State of Florida-Health Department as a Laboratory Technician until she retired after rendering 35 years of dedicated service. Mrs. Holcomb was a faithful member of King Solomon United Baptist Church, where she served as Deaconess, under the leadership of Rev. Ronald Walters, Pastor. She was predeceased by her husband, Henry Holcomb, Sr; son, Henry Holcomb, Jr. and daughter, Ms. Barbara Washington. Survivors include her daughter, Ms. Ann Holcomb Daniels; grandchildren, Johnnie Daniels, Jr., Ms. Chiquita Daniels, Eric Holcomb, Derrick Daniels, and Ms. Erica Holcomb; 12 great grandchildren, including Ms. Jonyelle Daniels, Mrs. Janae Daniels Thomas (Marcus), Dominique Daniels and Ms. Joy Daniels; sister-in-law, Mrs. Mercedes Holcomb; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, including the Fluker Family, other relatives and many devoted friends.
