Mrs. Idella Frazier Frison was born on September 3, 1936 in Allendale, South Carolina to the late James and Lucretia Addison Frazier.  She attended the local public schools of Chatham County and at an early age was baptized into the body of Christ at Tremont Temple Baptist Church and moved to Jacksonville in 1960.

Mrs. Frison was employed with Graham Paper Company before her retirement after rendering twenty years of dedicated service.

She was predeceased by her husband of fifty0four years, Lawrence Charles Frison, her adoptive parents, Lizzie K. Bussie and Joe Bussie and one aunt, Rose Lee Johnson.

On July 30, 2020, Mrs. Frison transitioned from labor to reward and leaves to cherish her memory a very dear nephew, Lawrence Frison (LaVonne), a very dear godson, Curtis Miller (LaTonya); a very dear cousin, Ruthie Birk (Patrick); a very dear niece, Rose Griffin (Jimmy); a host of nephews, nieces, and cousins; special friends, Nonearl Miller, Sylvester and Sarah Hawkins and Loretta Brown.
