Ms. Kendra Chanel Black was born youngest of five siblings on August 16, 1995 in Jacksonville, Florida to Mr. Terry and Mrs. Tonda Black. She attended the local public schools of Duval County, graduating from Englewood Senior High School – Class of 2013.
Ms. Black was a hard worker and open-hearted person who was dedicated to furthering her studies.
Known for showing up to become the light in darkest room, she possessed a loving, outspoken, and determined personality. Kendra was the "life of the party" and well-loved by all. She was the glue that held her family together. Kendra was very family oriented and although she didn't have children of her own, she loved her niece, nephews and dog, Draco as her own children.
She was predeceased by her fraternal grandmother, Mrs. Gwendolyn Black and maternal grandparents, Mr. Rudolph and Mrs. Juanita Hinton.
On November 8, 2021, Ms. Kendra Chanel Black went home to be with the Lord. She leaves to cherish her memory her parents, Mr. Terry and Mrs. Tonda Black; sisters, Shanteria Black, Tierra Jackson, Tamara Black, Terriale Black and Nicole Davis; a niece and nephews, Sy'Teria Morrell, Marquise Jackson, Bacari Morrell, Markell Jackson, Reshard Morrell, Marquan Griffin, Royal Black-Fountain ("Fatman" ), Robbie Fountain, III and Michael Seymour, III; a host of aunts, uncles, cou sins, other relatives and friends.
