Khalil Raheem West was born on July 7, 1995 in Jacksonville, Florida to Bimley West, Sr. and Ms. Diane C. Johnson.  He attended the local public schools of Duval County.

A proud native of the East 21 ^st Street Community, Khalil was well-known and loved by his family, especially his older brothers and cousins.

He was predeceased by his maternal grandparents, Roosevelt, Sr. and Mrs. Willard Dean Bailey Johnson and fraternal grandfather, Bimley West, Sr.

On June 23, 2020, Khalil Raheem West departed this life. He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted mother, Ms. Diane C. Johnson; father, Bimley West; siblings, Antwan West, Bimley West, III, Rashad West, Ja'Kobe West, Ms. Takerria West, Ms. Dartra West, Tavarus West, Eric Johnson, Akeen Johnson, Ms. Alexis Johnson, Justice Johnson and Kadeem Woodard; grandmother, Mrs. Cassandra Brown; a number of uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives a nd many sorrowing friends.
