February 8, 2024 at Baptist Medical Center, Jacksonville, Florida. Mr. Lambert, 72, retired Army
Veteran, was born on March 16, 1951 in Portsmouth, VA.

A Heavenly Birthday and Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024 at
the Murray Center, 455 E. Brambleton Avenue, Norfolk, VA at 12:00 noon.

African theme or Navy Blue attire is encouraged.
