Mr. Leslie Shane Smith, born on November 15, 1970, in Jacksonville, Florida, to the late Mr. Donald Smith and Mrs. Constance Christian, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2024.

Leslie attended local schools in Duval County and was a proud former student of Andrew Jackson Senior High School. He dedicated over 30 years to Sheet Metal, where he served as the HVAC Superintendent, earning the respect and admiration of his colleagues.

From an early age, Leslie accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior and was a devoted member of North Jacksonville Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Herb Revis. His faith was a cornerstone of his life.

Leslie was preceded in death by his parents, his beloved son Jeremy Smith, and his granddaughter Isabella Smith. He is survived by his devoted wife of thirty-eight years, Mrs. Angela Smith; his children, Joshua Smith; daughter-in-law, Jessica Smith; and his cherished grandchildren, Kyla, Sophia, and Mayah Smith. He also leaves behind two sisters, Star Curran and Kymmie Smith aunt's, uncle's, his mother and father-in-law, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will deeply miss him.
