Deacon Cynthia Yvonne Bargeron Lowe was born on August 24, 1951 to the late James Everette Bargeron and Mrs. Helen Parker Bargeron in Jacksonville, Florida. She attended the local public schools of Duval County and graduated from New Stanton Senior High School, in the Class of 1969. Furthering her education, she attended Business School earning an Associate degree in Business Administration.

On February 25, 1971, she was united in holy matrimony to the love of her life, Deacon Lester Knight Lowe, Jr. This union was blessed with two sons, Stanley Everette and Lester Eugene.

As an active member of The Bethel Church for all her life, Deacons Cynthia and Lester Lowe served faithfully in several capacities including as members of the Usher Ministry, Deacons Ministry, Sports Ministry, Den Leader of Cub Scout Troop #179. For more than twenty years, Deacon Lowe was employed as Sexton by The Bethel Church. Other affiliations include formerly served as Past President of the National Alliance of Federal Employees Auxiliary.

Deacon Cynthia Yvonne Bargeron Lowe departed this life on Sunday, December 8, 2024. She was preceded in death by her parents. She leaves to cherish her memory, a devoted family, including her husband of fifty-three years, Deacon Lester K. Lowe, Jr.; two sons, Stanley Everette Lowe and Lester Eugene Lowe; grandchildren, Lester Eugene Lowe, Jr., Ms. Patrice Cherry, Ms. Delilah Lowe, Davion Lowe, and Marquis Fogel; two great grandchildren; brothers, James Everette Bargeron, Jr. (Paula) and Darryl S. Bargeron; aunts, Ms. Gladys Randale, Mrs. Alice Johnson and Ms. Joyce Jordan; brother-in-law, Timothy Eugene Lowe(Pandretha); sisters-in-law, Ms. Katherine Lowe Mrs. Esthes Ree Franks(Michael) and Ms. Samantha Lowe; devoted cousin, Ms. Lorraine Brooks; special friend, Ms. Sheldonia Coleman; a number of nieces, nephews, other cousins, other relatives and friends.
