Mr. Willie Frank Moreland was born on August 14, 1931 in Ocilla, Georgia to the late Mac Moreland and Mrs. Laura Moreland. Mr. Moreland attended the local schools in Ocilla, GA.

Mr. Moreland was a Truck Driver. For over 40 years, he dedicated his service to the Pantry Pride Companies before retiring.

He passed away quietly on November 14, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted children, including Faye Hogan, Emory James Moses, Dr. Christopher "Ricky" Gaskin (Jennifer), Marcel Mincey (Chandra), Patrick Gaskin; grandchildren, great grandchildren, niece, Nikito Moreland; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and dear friends.
