Obituary

Rudolph "Rudy" Dailey departed this life at age 51 on Thursday May 20, 2021. After a courageous battle with cancer. On this evening his soul winged it's flight from this world of sin, sorrow, and pain to a place of eternal rest. In his way he bid us farewell with a single tear drop. His loving heart left a beacon of light for all.

He was born May 5, 1970 to the parents of Earlene D. Kemp and Rudolph Dailey who mourns his departure .

Rudy accepted Christ at an early age and attended Deland Missionary Baptist Church. He later attended Shiloh Metropolitan Baptist Church. During his illness he was faithful in virtual worship.

He worked all of his life and was an entrepreneur. Also he was a 3rd  degree Master Mason of which he was proud to be a member of the J.S. Coppock Lodge #190. He was also a proud member of the graduation class of Nathan B. Forrest High School.

He is survived by eight children Kateria Keys, Raymond Dailey, Malik Mitchell, Rudolph Dailey Jr., Ja'Niyah Dailey, Briana Dailey, Sabrina Dailey, and Felicity Dailey; granddaughter Kali Keys. He also leaves to cherish his memory a loving brother Gary Dailey ( Stephanie), one sister Andrea Wright , five nieces and nephew Gary Dailey. seven aunts, Maggie Tisby of West Palm Beach, Rudine Evans, Barbara Davis ( Torrence), Dolores Shrewsberry, Nancy Gwyn( Jim) of Virginia, Harriet Dailey, and Iris Greenwood; uncles, Edward Starling (Rebecca) and Willie Starling; a number of loving cousins other relatives and sorrowing friends.
