MONTGOMERY –  Mrs. Sarah Nims Montgomery passed away September 5, 2021.  A native of Tallahassee, she attended FAMU Senior High School (formerly Lucy Moton High).  Furthering her education, she attended Florida A&M University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree and the Master's degree was conferred.  As one of Duval County's Outstanding Educators, Mrs. Montgomery was employed by the Duval County School Board, having rendered over 40 years of dedicated service at retirement. Other affiliations include being a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc.  Survivors include her sons, Theodore W. Montgomery (Jeanette), Leslie H. Montgomery (LaTangie) and Reginald V. Montgomery; grandchildren, Tanita, Mario, Elizabeth, Leslie and Paul Montgomery; beloved sister, Ms. Barbara J. McGill; a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
