Ms. Sheila Lanette Ingram was born on September 25, 1969 in Jacksonville, Florida to Andrew Ingram and Ms. Elveria Reid.  She attended the local public schools of Duval County, graduating from Paxon Senior High School - Class of 1985.  Ms. Ingram was loved by all who knew her.

She leaves to cherish her memory her children, James Ingram, Shanera Baker and Jayler Zimmerman; sister, Bertha Hillsman Reddick (Randy); brother, Randy Ingram (Bertina); three grandchildren; a number of other relatives and friends.
