Mrs. Willie Lois Fuller Dowling passed away peacefully August 12, 2021.  A native of Troy, Alabama, having resided in Jacksonville most of her life, she attended the local schools, graduating from William M. Raines Senior High School - Class of 1968.  Furthering her education, she attended Bethune-Cookman College.  Mrs. Fuller was employed by Fuller's Tire Service as a Manager.  Other affiliations include being a member of Hope Chapel Ministries.  She was predeceased by her parents, Willie and  Mrs. Ilois Fuller Irving.  She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Rogers Dowling; son, Ryan Rogers Dowling (Lexus); grandchildren, Ryan Rogers Dowlings, Jr., Jamiah Dowling, A'Laurah Dowling and Alano Rogers Dowling; stepdaughter, Ms. Manique Wright; additional granddaughter, Tyasia Wright; brother, Tommy Fuller (Denise); aunts, Ms. Yvonne Johnson and Ms. Lillian Wilson; uncle, Pastor John Gibson, Sr. (Barbara); sister-in-law, Ms. Shirley Davis (Jerbia); a number of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
