Willie Mae Wrice's Obituary
Mother Willie Mae Wrice was a native of Arlington, SC, she resided in Jacksonville most of her life. Mother Wrice served as Mother of Buckner's Temple and Temple of Refuge Ministries, Bishop H. Green, Sr., Pastor. She was a Deaconess at Queen Esther Church of God in Unity for many years. Mother Wrice was predeceased by her husband, Louis Wrice, Sr. and daughter, Mrs. Janice H. Parker. Survivors include her children, Mother Elvenia Groover (Bishop Kenneth Groover), Mrs. Louvenia Willis (Alfonzo); Mrs. Mary Straughter (David), Ms. Norma Roebuck and Louis L. Wrice; 10 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandson; sister, Mrs. Minnie Mae Ford; a number of other relatives and friends.
